Undocumented Criminals Want Immigration Reform aka Amnesty

If Americans were to perpetrate a crime against a Mexican illegal, it would be labeled a hate crime. But the reverse is not recognized?! In other words, punish Americans if they commit crime in their own country but make special circumstance for leniency for an illegal against a National citizen.
