Today we are not posting! Today we are "Sitting e-Shiva." What is this? Well, in the Jewish tradition, when a loved one passes away the family and loved ones mourn by sitting Shiva. Why has Carter been so involved in these elections? Fairness is the principle behind electing a candidate. If he has demonstrated such standards on world elections in the interests of fairness, when does he intend to scrutinize the fraud committed by ACORN. The election process needs to be overhauled (like the show). Already in Florida, early voters have been complaining about process. If I want the voters to participate properly, we need to make the process foolproof (dummy proof). And South Florida is the poster child for election fiascos. Let a third party organization conduct a study on how problems arose for voters across the country. This should include accusations of fraud and any other misconduct. Then, all issues could be addressed in time for the 2012 election.
I read the sample ballot dispensed in the local mail to all residents. The Amendments were written in jargon that only a trial lawyer could possibly decipher. Semantics and logic was my favorite class in high school. I have a college education and a ost graduate degree. I have a reasonably well orchestrated command of the English language. I found the manner in which the Amendments were written make them nearly impossible for anyone to understand. Anyone with less ability to make reasonably judgements may not be qualified to vote. I read about Democrats driving bus loads of citizens from wherever to the booths. Some of the people are homeless!! They do need a voice, but are they capable of honestly voting with any comprehension?! Sometimes underhandedness provokes people to do things. This type of behavior is really amoral, bordering on criminal. I think when Carter gets involved in past elections in a gesture of fairness, he is guilt laiden with silence when he fails to do so now.

The United States government was outraged about Hugo Chavez declaring state takeover of the country's oil infrastructure. My question to Bush is," why did our government commit the same act Hugo Chavez did?" Bush and Congress have taken over the banking industry. And we have done this before. During the Savings and Loan debacle. When frivalous earmarks pork up emergent bills and show borderline criminal activity of lobbyist interest in stealing tax payer monies, our credibility and prestigous leadership position becomes irrevocably damaged, leaving a picture of shame and corruption the odious tyrants and dictators can use for propaganda purposes.

Now we stand at the juncture of implementing the proposed policies of Obama provided he wins in 2 weeks. He is admittedly pro-big government and for redistributing of capital or "share the wealth." When you go to the polls to vote, ask yourself if hard work and getting ahead should be rewarded or punished? Ask yourself if this policy encourages hard work and reward or does it stop the motivation and innovation. Has it already done so?

If corruption isn't a problem, or promiscuity, or a weak compromising candidate, then Israel wouldn't have any candidates at all. Ehud Barak and BIbi Netanyahu (in this Poster) are the forerunners in the coming election. How the Iranian policy is going to be dealt with may ride on this election. HEALTH CARE CRISIS EXPLODES IN DOCTORS FACES. MEDICARE IS DEAD!

Well, I hope that opening got your attention. The deadline is today!! TODAY!! Congress is supposed to vote to repeal a bill already passed for a proposed 10.6% decrease in medicare allowable payments to doctors for treatments rendered to patients. This was enstated as of July 1, 2008 with a stipulation for reconsideration which has a deadline today. What are the ramifications as a result of this order?

The CRISIS is a crisis to doctors because their practices have to factor in a net loss of 10% immediately. The loss of 10% now must be made up in patient volume equal in the new allowable fees. Plain english: 10% loss cannot be made up in 10% increase in patients. It will take at least 11% increase in patient load and the overhead costs of operating to make it up. The time alone means more time spent in the office doing the additional paperwork, increased liability, and treating time. In addition, the insurance companies paid by medicare like HMO, PPO, HSA, PFFS, etc (anyone over 65 and insured) will also be reimbursed 10% less. The insurance companies are like a middle man and pay doctors a discounted fee schedule after they take their share out. Now the discounted fee schedule the middle man uses is additionally discounted 10%.

The average patient is under the misconception that "all doctors are rich." Therefore the cry for help from doctors is falling on deaf ears. The view the patients have is of a time pre-HMO and pre-third party administred health care which has been around for over 20 years. The percentage of overall patients on these plans over the last 20 years has exploded into a majority stake. Personally, I have been cashing checks from companies that pay less THAN 10 CENTS a patient after a co-pay of $10 or less. That is $10.10 per patient!! Patients see a busy office and assume the doctor is still being paid the fees they were 20 plus years ago per patient which calculates into a typical $40 or more. Now at $10 on the average, the doctor has taken a loss equivalent to a 50 year pay cut.

What would the average auto worker do if he or she took a 50 year paycut? How could anyone contend with further cuts as being implemented this month?! And another bill is in the works for another 5.4% CUT in Jan 2009!! And another in 2010 of another 5%!! And another 5% in 2012!!!

Doctors in my state average age is approx 55 years old themselves. They have been toying with the possibility of retiring before anything gets much worse. The aggravation of running an office is creating a feeling of anger making practicing impossible. Add lawyers, problem patients, increased energy costs, insurance woes, and more!! No other profession provides such a vital service yet has to contend with such red tape.

Doctors locally are now starting to take action by taking out ads encouraging people to write their congressman. Since the average attitude is "Doctors are all rich", I feel any threat about denying access to patients to one's private practice is futile. All plans have a contract that takes a minimum of 60 days to opt out. Threatening not to take Medicare patients will only encourage patients to leave Medicare and go on a private insurance which pays less anyway. Thereby, losing one's best patients.. Or they could go to another doctor!

At this juncture, patients do not feel the pressure because access to a provider hasnt been a problem. When will they get involved? John Q Public feels they are entitled to health care and it should be free or low cost. The public has been toying with the idea for years. Private insurance plans with tremendous discounts have brainwashed the average patient into paying only low co pays and anything higher is robbery. Socialized medicine is so ingrained into the fabric of public thought, both Republicans and Democrats believe a socialized system is the only way forward. Getting everyone on a discount plan is believed to contain costs for the government. Further wrongly believed, the financial distress to the average medical provider will magically work its way out eventually.Meaning the doctor can absorb the lost revenue after adjustments are made to his/her practice. I forsee a mass retirement and closing of all private practices across the country. With the overhead to practice today, doctors can no longer maintain a viable practice. With the aging baby boomers flooding the sytem, the decrease in admissions to medical schools, and the problems listed here to new practitioners when graduating, the CRISIS is coming fast.....

Obama Learns Frank Sinatra-Style Popularity Tactics From 1940s Updated For 2008

Frank Sinatra was a tremendous star during the 1940s. His popularity was helped by radio primarily. When TV became the main choice for entertainment, he needed new tactics to become the media sensation of television. Women were told to scream and shout and act excited in the front of crowds at appearances to see Sinatra. His popularity exploded!
Now circa 2008, the newest Presidential campaign needed a shot in the arm to overtake other hopefuls and drive them early on to submit. This would help Obama supporters to retain the cash flow for the final fight against the Clinton juggernaught. By cherry picking people from the crowds and placing them behind Obama AND in the face of the home viewer, this excitement manipulates impressionable people in a revamped Sinatra-esque move. I could use a good Sinatra tune to soothe my aggravation right now.

IRAQ=Part II(Part 1=May first post)

When looking at a map of thw world, one sees the Middle East puzzle of country borders. The war waged in Iraq and Afghanistan were waged in order to deal with terrorism. In this article, Focus is placed on Osama bin Laden. In order to deal with him, the US cannot capture him because I believe he is no longer in Afghanistan, but in Iran. Iraq was a stepping stone to the ending of Al Qaida. With troops and the amount of time lapsed looking throughout Afghanistan and Pakistan, its obvious he has moved to Iran. The country has too many holy sites for Islam which, if invaded, could be damaged causing a backlash and outrage. Therefore, the next option is containment. By bordering Iran on 2 sides, Iraq and Pakistan, and Iraq,containment is achieved. Also, deterence is achieved by maintaining troops presence ready for small ground operations and the use of pinpoint accuracy bombing. The biggest fear now is if Iran develops nuclear weapons, Bin Laden may very well get his hands on them. Then when he uses them on us, they deny it was state sponsored!! Pray for an Israeli strike!

McCain Vice Presidential Candidate=ALAN KEYES???!! YEAH!!!

The next president of the United States needs to be sensitive to all the diverse groups located through the land. The Democratic Party likes to play the race card with McCain regarding Barak Obama. And when they expectedly(not unexpectedly, I mean expectedly) annouce the addition of Hillary Clinton, they will have the sexist issue to badger the McCain, too. Well, the obvious pathway to combat the race issue is Alan Keyes. He is uniquely qualified for this position versus his prior aspirations of higher political office because of the time. He is ..BLACK! Therefore, the race card becomes a none issue. Noone believes sexism is an issue because Hillary is about as aggressive as most Tazmanian Devils, let alone other men. He is intelligent, speaks properly(exquisitely!), conservative, and has debated on issues in public on TV, and has been in the mainstream for many years. He went up against Obama for the Senator position in Illinois. He is still active on the internet and has the support of many ultra conservatives. This gives McCain more credibility with the far Right. A proper comparison between Keyes and Obama really shows the difference......
While Obama supporters were organizing movements like the Weathermen, Keyes was in the US Foreign Service. Both went to Harvard, Obama studied law and was an excellent student. Keyes got his Ph D on Constitutional Theory where he realized his belief of strict interpretation and implementation of the Constitution!( Wow!!) Keyes had 10 years at Cornell, studied abroad and became "aware" of his "extrordinary appreciation of academic opportunity." Lets see someone in the Hip Hop industry rap about that for a change!! In other words, he is overqualified for overhauling or (for the affirmative action crowd) "pimping up" the educational system! Obama's liberal perspective and fervent communist, anarchist, and militant Black Theology background (as well as muslim background) over qualify him for further dilution of and/or removal of Constitutional rights. Obama has written books which express his position on why the black community is the such disarray and how white society is responsible for it. And the real audacity is his.... and how if not elected, then nothing has ever changed since 1865(Emancipation Proclamation) or 1960's(Civil Rights Movement). Keyes covers subjects in his books about morality, reasons why Black America is in dire straits today(not giving reasons 40-plus years old pre Civil Rights) and the realistic approach for positive change in those same Black communities. Obama is pro choice, period. Circumstances do not matter. Keyes is pro life and circumstances don't matter. On Israel, Obama is pro-israel in front of AIPAC... otherwise he says to everyone else, divide Israel and its territories into 2 states, give the Golan to Syria, and further concessions compromising her(Israel's) existence and security disguised in the Trojan Horse of peace with her neighbors. (Trojan can also imply how he intends to screw Israel.) Keyes is pro-Israel! So much, in fact, he was given the Award in Journalistic Excellence by Israel!! And pro-Palestinian groups, working with the gay lobby, managed to remove him from CNN. Obama's experience is service in the Senate for 1 term. For Keyes.....you better sit down for this.......

After 20 years, Obama finally disavowed himself from his "church", denies his Islamic background being his foundation for his beliefs, has admiration for Islamic tradition even though he went to a Catholic school for sometime, and has relationships uncomfortable to me, with Black Supremists and Black Theology.
Obama is legalizing illegals, higher taxes, and bigger government.
Keyes has ideas so brilliantly expressed I find him so much more charismatic I cant repeat all his ideas and do him justice.

But I love this view to show he is different from Bush on terrorism : "the battle against Hezbollah threatens to expose the hollow reality of the Bush Administrations conduct of the war against terrorism! WWwwowww!!


Ronald Reagan has been an admirer of his. I hope the attention of this article gets other Conservatives to pass on the word so we can get the country moving in the right direction..and when I say right I mean RIght!
