When this menu is opened, the dishes are listed in the center. This was printed for Company B 127th Ordinance Maintenance Battalion. The symbol for the Company can be seen in the center top of the menu. It's yellow, blue-green, and red. It has a side view of a tank tread and wheels, a cannon with the barrel pointed to the top left, and a lightning bolt in red across the center.

I collect things from this unit and my grandfather was in an armored divison in the 50's. I would love to buy this, it would mean a LOT to me. Would you please sell it?

I am not currently interested in selling this item but may change my mind in the near future. I am more than willing to make a scan and send it to you. I have additional items which I obtained at the same time and keeping them together is key to their story.

Thanks for replying. I understand about keeping the group together. I have two 5th armored groupings from WWII. I keep in touch and whenever they find something new from the group I buy it. I keep all of my stuff together and displayed. I would never sell any 5th armored thing in my collection. So I would love to purchase the menu and everything else in the grouping when you want to.

Thanks a bunch, Scott

I went to a gun show where an expert in WWII memorabilia looked over some of my materials. I showed some maps, some Nazi work permit, and some old newsletters from the armored division. Apparently, he found nothing interesting about any of them. In any case, I am unsure whether I will part with the material I have or not. I will post some other materials simply for interest but the health care debate has taken center stage for me and is consuming much of my time. I apologize if I am disappointing you at this time. Check back with me in a few months and I will probably part with at least one item.

Ok thanks for keeping in contact with me. PLEASE do not sell this to anyone else before offering them to me first. This is one of the few 5th AD things not in my collection, and its like the pot at the end of the rainbow. I can offer you $50 just for the fact it means so much to me. I doubt any other collector would pay that, its just means way more to me. Can you post your E-mail just in case we lose contact?
